Short summary of the job: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a teacher. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for students, while also helping them to reach their full academic potential.

Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development: Take an active role in the development and review of the department's curriculum. Ensure that it is up-to-date, aligned with educational standards, and meets the needs of students.

2. Teacher Development Provide professional development opportunities, mentoring, and support to enhance their teaching skills and expertise.

 3. Student Support: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students. Encourage student engagement, address their needs, and provide guidance for academic and personal growth.

 4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration among the department and with the administration by maintaining open lines of communication with them.

Must Have

·         Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

·         Experienced in National and International School.

·         Valid state teaching license.

·         At least one year of experience teaching in a K-12 setting

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
